It features high tear strength, excellent elasticity, and low shrinkage, making it ideal for replicating complex details of fiberglass products. The silicone cures at room temperature and offers long-lasting durability, allowing multiple mold reproductions without deformation.

  Use-Method ：

  • Add 2–4% curing agent based on the weight of the rubber. Mix thoroughly and use immediately, as the mixture must be used within a short period of time.

  • Stir the mixed rubber thoroughly, then place it in a vacuum chamber for 3–5 minutes to remove air bubbles. The mold can be used after defoaming.

  • The curing rate of this product is highly dependent on temperature and humidity. Higher temperatures and humidity will accelerate curing. Users can adjust the type and amount of curing agent according to weather conditions to achieve the desired curing speed.curing speed.
